About Me

For as long as I can remember, I have listened, asked questions, and engaged in deep conversations. I am passionate about interacting, discovering stories, and analyzing human connections in their many forms. Stepping into new worlds and experiences fuels my continuous learning.

My professional journey began in Marketing and Trade Marketing within large corporations, where I gained valuable insights into the corporate world. However, my curiosity led me to explore disciplines that truly fascinated me. Over the years, I delved into advertising and art, experimenting with ceramics, photography, painting, and screen printing. These experiences helped me discover new ways of thinking, questioning, and creating. Along this path, I found coaching.

I connected with my purpose and embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, guiding individuals and teams through creation, reinvention, and transformation.

Yoga became a fundamental tool in my life, helping me cultivate presence and balance—essential elements in my coaching approach.

In 2014, I founded my first ceramics workshop, Koru, where I designed my own pieces and produced for other brands. This led to the birth of Sólido Platónico, a space where I could bring my ideas to life and collaborate with others.

Since 2016, I have worked as an Ontological Coach, supporting entrepreneurs and professionals in their transformation and development. Today, I am a mentor and holistic consultant, helping projects, startups, and companies structure, evolve, and achieve their goals.
