About Me
To me, coaching is all about chemistry and connection! I would love to meet with you to discuss your goals for our time together. My style is a bit unique from other coaches... Yes, I will ask you the right questions as we determine your desired outcomes, but I won't stop there. We will create a partnership where your success is my success. I come with a series of tools/techniques but rest assured, it will always be customized specifically to you! I may push you outside your comfort zone, but I will do so in a safe space that we will create. I am direct and will offer ideas and recommendations. My style is casual, but our results are far from that.
Areas I specialize in include: Branding yourself, presentation skills/speaking with influence, cultivating happiness (based in positive psychology), career-next steps and transitions, leadership, communication, and influence.
My typical coaching relationships last about 3 months, which includes Zoom sessions plus 24/7 access to me via phone, text and email.
