Hi! am Federica, I am Italian and I live in Dubai.
I am the Founder of Federica Mele Consulting and I’ve been working, for the last 7 years, as a coach with the precise mission of empowering ambitious professionals to discover and maximize their potential.

I have almost 20 years of corporate experience, as a senior marketing manager, and I am a certified NLP coach and Life coach.

My professional drive is to practice Career and Business coaching with Managers and Entrepreneurs in a much innovative and effective way; I do integrate my professional expertise and understanding of corporate/ business life together with all the coaching tools and techniques to guide them to achieve specific goals in their professional and personal life.

I truly believe that thoughts, language, and patterns of behaviors impact on our lives and professional growth.

I work with individuals, men and women, mainly managers, professionals and entrepreneurs who want to be guided to achieve specific goals in their professional and personal life.

I can definitely say I live my own definition of success as I do what I am really passionate about.
