Fay taught me about ways to attract more clients including blogging, twittering, writing newsletters, auto responders, add on value and much more. Since implementing just a little of what Fay has taught me, our bookings have been up by 100 – 200% every single month. Now it’s not a question of HideAway Haven who? Now it’s “Oh I’ve heard of you, please tell me more!” Thank You Fay. You have been an inspiration, a motivator and an encouragement. HideAway Haven is on the map!!

I spent two days with Fay doing her “Business Makeover”. It was brilliant! Very, very helpful. I was hoping it would be this good and it has been. I found Fay’s ideas and understanding of business in general to be very solid, and I was thrilled that she was able to adapt these to help me in my specific business areas. Fay’s advice and guidance was spot-on. She really listened to me and genuinely worked from my strengths and areas of expertise, rather than trying to make me conform to anyone else’s. I look at my business from a completely different view point now, and am able to look to the future with confidence. Thank you, Fay! Before working with you I felt like I was in a fog and slowly drowning in the myriad projects and tasks I thought I should be doing. Now, I am able to prioritise everything that is waiting for me and confidently say ‘no’ to anything that won’t benefit my business in the long term.I was definitely needing some clear direction and I knew that there were things not quite right, but I didn’t know how to change it and I didn’t know exactly what needed changing to make my business better. I feel like I have actually re-designed my business! I now have a clearer picture of who I my target market and ideal clients are and what will appeal to them.Although it will take me a while to completely implement everything we discussed during the 2 day Business Makeover, I have a clearer direction for my business and know where I am heading now.I now understand what makes me and my business unique and stand out from my competition. I can verbalise what I offer that is different and why I believe I offer a valuable service.
