About Me
Are you someone who finds it difficult to juggle the demands of life? Feeling overwhelmed? No time to complete everything? No time for yourself? No help from those you would consider your support? I can say I truly understand all of the above and can help you change things for the better.
At Mentally Enriched, my objective as your coach is to offer you support and guidance needed in order to navigate these challenges. You don’t have to face those feelings alone—let’s work through it together with compassion and coaching.
Coaching with me we will take our time and talk about each of these feelings or challenges and how to overcome them one by one. We will talk about these challenges and then begin to find alternatives to resolve them. You will realize connections to these challenges and feelings with past and or present emotions and or triggers. You will do the work with my support to find ways to improve yourself for the better and be empowered in your progress.
As a result of this work, you will become more empowered to challenge new obstacles head on. You will be confident to ask for help when needed. Be able to set time for yourself and or allow your time to be dedicated to things, people and places that is your choice. You will be encouraged and motivated to continue to make these changes. It will also improve other areas of your life like with family, friends, and or work.

When I first began my sessions, I started off feeling anxious, with little to no confidence. I struggle with "showing up for myself". I had poor organization and planning skills. I often overextended myself and didn't know how to be alone. I feel like people are always judging me and what I do or dont do. My overall goal was to gain self-confidence and improve my interaction with others. During my coaaching sessions with Farrah I have now dined out twice alone and without having anxiety or panic attacks. I have learned how to say no to others and prioritized self-first. I have made more time for those who I want to improve or nurture relationships with while recognizing what triggers the feeling that was causing anxiety. I am continuing to improve the way I speak to my children and coworkers. I have experienced more moments of happiness and am now nurturing newfound friendships. Farrah and I have redirected my goals and or plans with life and I now expressed having more energy. I can say that the sessions were extremely therapeutic and helpful.

When I started my sessions, I felt like I was a procrastinator. I always wanted more time with family and friends and organizations. I needed a work life balance, help being better organized and more self-care. I wanted to make time to exercise and cook more at home but couldnt see how to fit it all into my day. My overall goal was time management. During my coaching time with Farrah I made changes to my work life balance (stop taking work home). I made changes and routine and became more intentional and was more diligent with writing down goals/tasks and executing them without procrastinating. By doing this I have been able to spend more time with family and friends. I now celebrate small victories like leaving work on time every day in a week and working ahead on schoolwork. I have improved my work environment when pertaining to respect and boundaries and now feel accomplished and confident. I now feel like she can speak up and stand my ground more. I have been consistently establishing goals for this week and staying on-tract with improved organization skills.
