About Me

I never forget when my boss asked me to coach her when I was in my mid 20s. Surprised by her offer I coached her over the course of a few months and soon I saw the results of coaching in her life. She was completely transformed in ways that none of us could predict; her decisions was now being made from a place of courage and an inner power.

Since childhood I asked lots of questions and apparently my boss saw the potential in my questions. That was a turning point in my own life.

Coaches and coaching have transformed my life many times as well. At the age of 20 studying law I weighed over 230 pounds. Frustrated after trying many diets on, a coach helped me see life differently and lose 70 pounds without any struggle. Once again in my twenties after a divorce, a bankruptcy, losing my job and on the verge of losing my immigration status, again life coaches lifted me up from a hopeless place to a rich journey of self-discovery.

Now for the past 4 years I have helped over 200 individuals and over 15 teams in various industries find their purpose. These people have found a direction and focus in their everyday life. They tell me over and over that they have gone through transitions, faced their fears and made powerful decisions in tough times.

*Education*: For the past two years I have received several in-depth trainings in business and life coaching.

Business Coaching (Processes and Management): Lean Six Sigma green belt and Team Performance Excellence have given me the knowledge and hands-on experience about organizations and what makes people work towards a clear why.

People Coaching: By the end of 2017 I will be a certified life coach CPCC through CTI after having completed over 110 hours of in class courses, over 100 hours of on-line class and over 100 hours of logged clients. CTI is the largest in-person coach training school in the world with the most rigorous standards for certification.
