About Me

Hi, I'm Faith, a certified professional life coach specializing in cognitive behavioral technique-based coaching, solutions-focused coaching, confidence coaching and happiness coaching! My goal with each and every client is to help that person get unstuck and discover their version of happy. It is easy and tempting to allow ourselves to be limited by what others expect from us or by what we do not grant ourselves permission to expect from ourselves. I am committed to empowering clients to gain a clearer vision of what they truly want by eliminating the "should's" and replacing negative self-talk with new positive beliefs and affirmations. Together we will explore your future perfect, set achievable goals and devise an action plan for making that vision a reality.

In addition to life coaching, I love guiding clients in the areas of confidence and happiness. It is my job to help clients identify areas of low confidence and self-doubt, to become aware of their inner critic and devise a plan to silence it and to use techniques such as asset inventory and confidence resumes to increase confidence levels. As any exploration of confidence (self-confidence, social confidence, etc.) requires an examination of fear, I will address the many different faces of this emotion and how to transform fear from obstacle into action.

If increased happiness is your goal, our sessions together will first focus on defining what happiness means to you. Next, we will learn how to overcome the common addiction to negative emotion, how to manage expectations and how to create unconditional joy. I will teach you simple techniques that use our bodies and brains to create joy boosts so that we come to see happiness as a choice. We will partner together to recreate your story and release those parts of your identity that no longer serve you in order to create a happier, purpose-driven life.
