About Me

Are you highly sensitive, creative, complex, and often overwhelmed?
Have you been diagnosed or self-diagnosed with ADD because you are distracted by wonderful things and ideas?
Do you experience frustration due to a perceived inability to fully express yourself and contribute your talents?

I bring training in Positive Psychology and ADD coaching to help neurodiverse, sensitive individuals discover their unique gifts and bring those superpowers into a complex world. With a Masters Degree in Education, I am fascinated by what motivates people to learn and make change. My clients tend to be highly empathic and attuned, and are committed to meaningful work that helps transform society. My dynamic approach is both structured and creative, allowing clients to engage with their "inner critic" in productive ways so that they may find more inner calm and spaciousness.

Eva is a nimble strategist with the ability to be both sensitive and practical. Through the course of our discussions, she helped me address the organizational and project management dilemmas I knew I had as well as some of the less obvious underpinnings of administrative chaos and stagnancy.

Eva has been my son's Executive Function coach for 3 years. The skills Eva has taught my son have been truly life changing for him academically and socially. It has far exceeded my expectations. Eva has become both only a coach but has also become a mentor and role model. We are incredibly grateful to have met her and to have her working with our son. I cannot recommend her enough. Eva offers a holistic approach that takes into consideration the whole child and tailors her approach accordingly. I was a little nervous going into my coaching session but Eva immediately put me at ease through her kind and patient demeanour. Eva is an excellent listener and I never felt judged by her. She asked just the right questions, which sparked some "aha" moments, and gave me a lot to think about after our session ended. The experience was invaluable and I highly recommend working with Eva!
