About Me

Eva Knox works with people on a spiritual path who are struggling with life balance, helping them integrate spiritual purpose to create success and happiness in life work, relationships, & physical health.

People on a spiritual journey often feel a conflict between what they know matters and what the world around them values and expects. Add to that the fact that when we hold a deep commitment to a goal like "living my highest purpose", we are asking for everything in us that does not support that goal to come to the surface to be released. This can be messy, chaotic, painful, and downright traumatic at times. You may feel like your life is out of control or stuck, like you're crazy, or irresponsible for following your heart.

I have helped many people find their balance as they begin to create well-being by honoring their core purpose in work, relationships, and self care.

I have practiced and studied closely under the guidance of a Master since 2008 and other profoundly supportive non-religious spiritual teachers since 2003. This has put a commitment to follow Divine Will at the center of my life. My spiritual path is informed by all the major spiritual traditions of the world as well as by unaffiliated enlightened masters. Those who relate to Eckhart Tolle, A Course In Miracles, Byron Katie, Marianne Williamson, David Hawkins, any Buddhist or Yogic teachings, or the Twelve Step programs, you will find my spiritual approach easily understandable. I focus on your experience, not on belief systems.

I work with people of any belief set as long as it isn't dogmatic, fear-based and judgmental. I use intuitive active listening and empowering questions as well as worksheets, meditation exercises, action steps in your daily life, and energetic clearing methods which you can learn to do on your own.

In July 2012, I was certified as a transformational life coach by the Life Coaching Institute's ICF Accredited coach training program.
