About Me

I offer CBTtherapeutic services and coaching both in person in the center of Prague and online for clients over the age of 18. I completed CBT trainings as well.

I work in following languages: Czech, Russian and English.

Throughout my professional life, I have been at the intersection of technical and humanities fields. I am convinced that combining these two areas allows for a deeper understanding of the human experience and the discovery of meaning, which plays a crucial role in our mental and emotional well-being.

My experience in the technical field provides me with a broader perspective on issues of interpersonal relationships, emotional well-being, and internal conflicts faced by employees of both large corporations and small companies. In my work, I strive to help people feel satisfied and balanced in both their professional and personal lives.

My goal is to guide clients on their journey toward a more fulfilling and happier life. For 8 years, I have been helping them manage their thoughts, emotions, and reactions, understand the causes of their experiences, leave toxic relationships, set boundaries, say "no," and use self-help techniques that make life easier.
