Hi, I’m Esther, your Certified Life and Wellness Coach. I’m a graduate of Express Coaching and a member in good standing of Certified Coaches Alliance.

Finding Wellness Coaching was a dream come true for me. It provides me with the opportunity to use the knowledge I’ve accumulated through the years on health and fitness, nutrition and alternative treatments, as well as lessons learned from my from my own health challenges to assist others in seeking out their paths to better health as I continue my own journey to wellness.

I believe that we all have the ability to create the life we envision for ourselves, we sometimes just need a hand getting there.
