About Me

If you’ve ever heard that niggling voice that whispers ”there’s something more out there for me”, even when life is good, you’re in the right place. I know that voice well and it is not to be ignored!

Through a process of listening deeply to your innermost desires and needs, of honest and unflinching self-enquiry, and of daring to live at the centre of your own life again, I will work closely with you to help you reconnect to your unique gifts – the ones that you might not even be aware of yet – and find your individual path to a life of meaning and happiness.

Using transformative coaching, neuro-linguistic programming and mindfulness practises, I will confront and transform your negative self-beliefs, help you rediscover your passions, and create the life you want to live.
