About Me
Hi there! My name is Erin Aldrich-Shean. I am a former dual-sport professional athlete and Olympian. I competed in the Sydney 2000 Olympics, as well as 4 World Championships in the High Jump, and I spent four years competing for USA Volleyball.
After spending years in Corporate America in various sales and leadership positions, I found myself waking up every day feeling unfulfilled and asking myself, "What is my purpose? What does this next chapter in my life look like?" After a couple years trying to fix it on my own, I decided to hire a life coach to help me navigate that change. And, what do you know, the change I made was to become just that...a life coach. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!
I received my BA and MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through The Certified Life Coach Institute, an ICF accredited institute. I am married to Dr. Andrew Shean, the Chief Academic Officer of Penn Foster, and I have two young boys, Jack (7) and Steven (5) and a Labrador Retriever, Leia.

I haven’t been to a therapist or participated in life coaching in several years. And Erin made it very easy for me to take that first step. She is a very compassionate person and easy to talk to about challenging subjects. From our very first session, she has always made me feel very comfortable by giving me a safe space to talk openly and asks me incredibly insightful questions that really make me think about things from a whole new perspective.
