Before working with Erin I was overwhelmed, frustrated and at a loss with what to do about my household, family, and home life. My experience working with Erin was a good one, I always felt at ease and comfortable. The action steps she provided made everyday life easier, and I looked forward to every meeting we had. Moving forward I have more tips and tools to use for structure, including charts for my kids, electronic allowance, and a way to instill natural consequences. Erin was able to help clarify things to work towards and maintain structure. The possibilities moving forward looks like more peace, calmness, and a better home environment.

Before working with Erin, I was in a very angry, frustrated, and chaotic time in my life. I felt overwhelmed and had no place to turn. The fact that I stumbled upon Erin was God sent. I was experiencing so much stress and felt like I was failing as a mother. I was at a breaking point and clueless about where to start. Working with Erin felt like I had a professional best friend. Without her I don't know where my relationship with my kids would be. Erin was able to validate both my kids and my own feelings. She was able to help me understand myself and my kids better. As an adult it can feel like our difficult emotions dont matter to anyone, but Erin was able to help me navigate through tough feelings about parenthood. She helped me take all the stress and organize it into beautiful notes I use all the time. It was a true pleasure working with her. I'm so happy that I was able to refer her to another mom. Any mother would be so grateful to work with Erin. I'm moving forward with a more positive way of leading my family, by using the expectations, boundaries, and communication Erin teaches. I've grown out of ineffective discipline methods and have grown closer to my kids. By learning the power of effective communication, I have been able to clearly express apologies, expectations, and natural consequences in a fair and calm way. Thanks to those practices I have come out of this experience more bonded to my kids. I even print out and laminate session notes Erin writes, to use when teaching new concepts to my kids. During our sessions I've gained greater understanding and can help my kids understand things better as well. Looking into the future I know I will have more peace of mind, and a better relationship with my kids. Even through tough weeks I now have a sense of completion and motivation that I did something in a better way.
