Hello, I’m Erin.
I am honored that you’re here. I am a Life Coach.
I serve as a mirror to reflect back to you your truest self.
I was once lost and alone, stuck in a deep depression with nowhere to turn. Through grace, I was able to do a deep dive into my essential wounds and discover the wealth of wisdom that was waiting for me there.

I’ve been on the healing/ spiritual path for decades and it is my greatest joy to share what I’ve learned with you. I have healed from Complex PTSD, patterns of codependency, and addiction. Each of these influenced my approach to healing.

In 2019 I had a powerful awakening that forever changed my sense of identity. I discovered that which is beyond all identity and now live from that place of rooted awareness.

I use my unique toolkit of psychological healing, personal development, and spiritual evolution to help you transcend the blocks to living the life of your dreams.
I create coaching containers based on equal footing and mutual respect rather than "expert"/student power dynamics. I trust that you ultimately know what's best for you. I help you amplify your confidence to make decisions and take action with confidence.
