About Me

One day my friend Sam asked me to sit down and try something. He asked me what is something that I would like to work toward. Then he proceeded to intently listen and ask more questions. After 40 minutes, without giving me any advice, he had helped me become more aware of my situation, determine desired outcomes, and the next steps to take. I was blown away at the effectiveness of the coaching process.
