About Me

I have over thirteen years of experience in coaching on a global sacle, including executive development, communications, career and relationships. I have a passion for advancing people beyond their current limitations to achieve greater results and fulfillment.
I work with my clients to help them stretch beyond current barriers of thinking and help translate plans into action - resulting in impactful sustainable results.
I have provided my expertise to individuals and businesses ranging from small to global organizations. .
I hold a BA in Communications Studies and a MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Psychology. I received formal coach training from CTI (one of the most credible and highly sought after training programs in the world). I have coached hundreds of clients in various roles and phases of life.
I also specialize in improving relationships and group dynamics. I am a credentialed mediator and certified in various personality assessments that I incorporates into my practice.
