About Me

Hello, I am a life coach located in Randolph, NJ, providing coaching for adolescents, adults and couples. Having earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology, I have a decade of experience in various settings including hospitals, agencies and private practice. Working with my clients gave me the privilege to witness incredible transformations in people's lives and this is what I want for you. My coaching approach is informed from positive psychology, however, I integrate a range of techniques drawn from my clinical background and experences including psychodynamic perspective, CBT and DBT. My mission is to empower my clients to live from their heart and move towards finding their life's full potential.

Personally, I am a wife, daughter, sister and a loving mom to two boys and an incredible dog. When not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and cooking. I am passionate about learning new cultures and cuisines and each time I visit a new country, I bring home a local recipe to cook for friends and family. I look forward to getting to know you and your personal life story as we learn and grow together.

For your convenience, my coaching is done in person or via telephone, skype or zoom video conferencing anywhere in the world. I accoomodate most time zones.

Lastly, I am trilingual and can provide my services in Portuguese and Spanish.
