About Me

MY STORY:

At 30 years old, I still did not know what I wanted to be when I grew up. It always seemed like an intimidating decision that had to be made immediately - I mean, how could you go through life and not know? There must be something wrong with me. Maybe I'll never find it and this is how life is supposed to be.

From the outside, my life was great - I had a good paying job, a loving wife, a beautiful home, two adorable dogs. And yet I was miserable. So I ignored it. I "lived for the weekend". I pushed down those feelings. I used hobbies as a distraction. But over time, that misery turned into a full-on depression. That was an eye-opening experience. And looking back, I knew it was coming. I just never took the steps to find the right people and resources to help me in early stages when my body was telling me "something is wrong".

So, I decided to quit my cushy corporate career after seven years. I knew that I had made both the scariest, and the most empowering decision of my life. I made a decision that was 100% about what I needed and what I wanted, even when my thoughts and anxiety were trying to tell me otherwise.

And now that I am on the other side, it is my mission to be that resource for people just like me, who are stuck, unhappy and not sure what to do next. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I help clients build healthy routines and create balance in their current life so that they have the time, space and energy to transform their life in ways they never dreamed possible.

Now, instead of ignoring my alarm clock and wishing the days away until the weekend, I wake up happy. Ready to serve my clients and make their impossible goals a viable reality. I have found my purpose, and I can help you find yours.
