About Me

I’m Emre Kilicel. I am a solution-focused coach, a seasoned marketer and product manager, a loving husband, dad of a 3-year-old son and a 12-year-old Golden Retriever and a proud Amsterdammer.

My passion for coaching began the moment I observed a live coaching demonstration. I was captivated by how a deep conversation could truly support someone’s transformation and journey toward a more fulfilling life.

I founded White Cocoon Coaching to establish a safe, empowering space for those who are looking for positive, meaningful changes in their personal and professional lives.

To better serve my clients, I completed the Art & Science of Coaching Program at Erickson Academy, a rigorous program with over 130 hours of intensive training. To date, I have facilitated over 60 hours of coaching sessions and am currently pursuing my Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certification at Erickson Academy.

I have marketing and product management experience for more than 10 years in multinational companies. I hold degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration, which have equipped me with a blend of technical and strategic expertise. See more details on my LinkedIn profile.

Outside of work, I love exploring different parts of the world, savoring local cuisines, learning more about social sciences, playing tennis, and developing applications.
