    About Me

Currently, in addition to executive coaching, I also am a family therapist trainer and consultant. The road here has been an interesting one and very winding to say the least. I was fortunate to be awarded a voice performance scholarship which allowed me to attend school. I still enjoy music today playing guitar and mandolin. Eventually I went on to earn a master’s degree in psychology and ultimately another master’s and a Doctorate in Business Administration. I later earned clinical licenses in the states of Florida and Alaska (that’s a whole other story).

My clients have a variety of needs and interests. For example, some want to understand how to help their team be more effective by smoothing out interpersonal rough spots and understanding how to utilize the strengths of each team member to the benefit of the organization. Others need to hone the budget process into a living way of enhancing the success of the company. The client will gain an understanding of how to make this an ongoing vehicle as opposed to a time crunched, “get my budget done” experience with little overall benefit to the good of the organization. Still others want to dive into the risk taking process and analysis to better understand how to define challenges, risks, rewards, good ideas, bad ideas, and how to know the difference.

The client can benefit from 34 modules that assist in a wide array of areas. Each client will have a customized plan based on their needs. With a versatile combination of a strong clinical and executive background, I am able to have rare insight into the challenges my clients face as leaders and how to provide the support needed in overcoming them.

For marriage and family coaching, I have a proven method to dramatically improve satisfaction, communication and passion in 8 sessions or less. My rate for family coaching is $150 per session.

Emory Welch is one of the most proficient and personable coaches with whom I have ever had the joy to consult. He has helped my business on numerous occasions and does not ever seem to be bothered by my calls. In this, he has a unique ability to get to the heart of the matter quickly and perceptively. His professionalism and his concern for each and every individual is evident in all that he does. In a competitive world, it is rare that such competence and congeniality commingle. Succinctly, Emory Welch is who I would call in a critical situation where my whole business depends on my next decision.
