About Me
I’ll be honest, life has been good to me. After university I went traveling around the world for three years, then took my place on the career and relationship escalator. Soon enough I was living the dream; My husband and I lived in a big house on the lake, we took multiple overseas vacations each year, and I earned great money in leadership positions. But I was deeply unhappy. I knew that something was missing. I felt so guilty for being ungrateful, for wanting more. I constantly beat myself up for not appreciating what I had.
The thing is, I wasn’t living my dream. I was living the dream that society had told me I should chase.
With the support of my life coach, I allowed myself to listen to my intuition. I allowed myself to be authentically me, to feel all the feelings, to process my emotions instead of burying them. In this space I began to explore my Soul Purpose, and I chose to change my life. I surrendered to Universe, trusted that she had my back, trusted my intuition.
When I started to take aligned action towards my Soul Purpose, my life transformed. Instead of struggling with anxiety and depression, crying in my office, hiding from friends because I couldn't face myself, I truly love and embrace myself for who I am. I now experience life in flow. I live each day in alignment with my Soul Purpose; I gracefully walk through the fire to lead and inspire others to release fear and judgment and live a life untethered.
I have over a decade of experience and education in leadership. During my corporate career I coached and mentored people to believe in themselves, to reach and surpass goals they never dreamed possible.
My life coach helped me to transform my life, to start living instead of slowly dying. I became a life coach so that I can give others that opportunity too.
I believe that we all deserve to live an extraordinary life. To do so requires bravery, and commitment. I am loving and compassionate, and I will call you out on your BS.
