About Me
Emma Doyle is a Performance Coach (PPC) and Keynote Speaker originally from Melbourne, Australia helping you turn your motivation into activation. She harnesses energy and coaches business people to adopt a high-performance mindset unleashing human potential.
Emma has partnered with Open Door Coaching and will be training coaches on how to create a coaching culture in the workplace. Emma is excited to bring this Aussie methodology of coaching to Denver, Colorado and to companies throughout the United States. The courses are recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and you can achieve:
- High-Performance Workplace Coaching Certification (ACC)
- Diploma in Organisational Coaching (PCC)
Emma has been coaching for over 30 years and through 'Coator' (Coaching and mentoring) she inspires, improves, and impacts organisations and coaches throughout the world. In the words of world-renowned coach, Judy Murray, Emma is affectionately known as the 'Effervescent Aussie' because he has 'so much energy and she is everything that you would want coaches to embody'. She is a High-Performance Coach with a strong background as a tennis touring professional, a talent development coach and she has represented Australia as a National coach on 20 occasions. Emma’s pioneering approach to communication and coaching encourages people to take action. She provides practical coaching tools to help coach the coaches so that they can engage and empower others. She specialises in helping people to develop a high performing mindset, enhance confidence, and perform under pressure.
Emma is passionate about creating gender equality in all sports and the workplace by educating coaches and empowering women in coaching; aiming to stretch their comfort zone, build their confidence and discover their inner coach. Her TEDx talk is called 'Unleashing Female Potential' & lookout for her new book that is coming soon called, "What Makes a Great Coach?"
