Through addressing your physical and mental/emotional health I can help you create a life you want to live, not just exist in.

I am a Certified Health Specialist (Trinity School of Natural Health) and have experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a cognitive behavior therapy that deals with addressing how we think about ourselves and others to live a life that is true to ourselves while also being in harmony with those around us.

When we feel good about who we are, both physically and emotionally, we feel more in control, less stressed and are able to give the best of ourselves to those we love.
