About Me
As a professional woman, I used to believe I was the only one grappling with self-doubt, feeling overlooked, or carrying the weight of burnout. I thought I just needed to work harder, push through, and prove myself—again and again- and then things would improve. But over time, I realized this wasn't working, and something had to change.
Over the years, I’ve worked with women who:

This experience is, unfortunately, too common for women, myself included.
