About Me

I love the community building, research, and resource assistance that comes with coaching! I feel a deep connection to my work and prioritize the individuality of each client.
My clients tend to be people looking for support and clarity. They come to me because I am able to help them capture their thoughts and intentions, break overwhelming ideas into manageable chunks, and offer friendly, steady support. Together we take an honest look at different areas (ie environment, social, relationships, career) to see what is helping and what is preventing success. Then we build a personalized program of thought work, reflection, and physical action steps to help you reach your goal. This program can then be done alone but many of my clients benefit from working closely in a 1:1 framework.

I help clients connect with themselves and find the courage to take one step, and then another!
