About Me

I am a full time self-proclaimed enthusiast in health and wellness and wholehearted believer in the power of balance. I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through AFPA and a Licensed Associate Counselor with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I am so passionate about the intersection between physical and mental health and firmly believe in one’s ability to achieve optimal wellness through investment in the two. I have singlehandedly experienced the tremendous impact these underlying factors have on our overall wellness and I cannot wait for you to experience the same!

I collaborate with my clients through the lens of lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress management, sleep hygiene, hydration, and exercise. I feel as though these are six of the most prominent pillars of health and are foundational to well being. I strive to meet the client where he or she is at. Each and every factor is examined, discussed, and adjusted (if needed) to move the client closer to sustained nourishment and wellbeing.
