About Me
As your coach, I want you to know that I see your struggles, and together we will find a way through to achieve your goals.
I have found that Integrated Attachment Theory is a way of deeply getting to know yourself, by healing core wounds, learning what your needs are, setting boundaries and communicating better with the people in your life and with yourself. You will feel more like your True Self, and realign with what your true purpose is.
We can focus on any and all areas of your life: relationships, family, friends, work/education, spiritual, health, financial, creative.
Integrated Attachment Theory coaching is a therapeutic approach to healing relationships, based on clinical research. It is not a talking therapy. With Integrated Attachment Theory coaching, you will feel immediate change after each session!
We may know consciously that a goal is possible, but we have subconscious beliefs that we are 'bad' or 'unloveable' or 'don't belong'. These beliefs can lead us to hold back in relationships and pursing our dreams.
Using practical tools, you will be supported in transforming your subconscious beliefs, thoughts, emotions and behaviours. At the end of your IAT™ coaching programme, you will be empowered to become more aware of your subconscious attachment patterns and to feel more whole, connected and cherished.
I have over 20 years coaching experience in the professional setting, while teaching, researching and leading teams at universities. As an academic, I have taught Transformational Leadership to mental health professionals, and carried out hundreds of interviews with patients, the public and professionals to improve mental health and wellbeing.
I am a certified Integrated Attachment Theory coach, having trained with its founder, Thais Gibson. I hold degrees in Pscyhobiology & Neuroscience, and in Biocultural Medical Anthropology (PhD). As well, I qualified as a Holistic Yoga Therapy teacher (IYTA) and in Mental Health First Aide (NHS).
