About Me

I am here to encourage clients towards realistic steps to meet their goals; utilizing my eclectic approach. Together, we can be an unstoppable force, propelling you towards the life you want. We will navigate your path to greatness with clear goals, accountability and implementing strategies; to achieve tangible results.
I am a hard-working parent and understand the struggles of staying focused to complete tasks in busy environments; especially with symptoms of ADHD. I can empathize with a need for structure and accountability. I want to empower you to feel motivated, supported, and productive. I have 10+ years in the behavioral health field with expertise in behavioral modification; to unlock productive mindsets, and create powerful change to move forward; towards the life you want. I was a clinical therapist for many years and enjoy helping my clients focus on their current situations, embrace personal growth and seek their desired future. I will work with you, to provide a collaborative relationship; by creating structure, and accountability. I will provide mental fitness coaching, including coping skills to add to your personal self-care "tool box" to be more successful.
On a personal note, I often connect with my clients through mutual interests (movies, music, fur-babies, parenting, etc) and we build a supportive relationship through the coaching process. Every victory is worth celebrating, every step builds more self-awareness to appreciate yourself and your efforts in moving forward. I love witnessing your successes!
