About Me
Are you a leader grappling with indecision, overwhelm, uncertainty, or imbalance in life? These are challenges many of us face, often rooted in a misalignment with our core values, which can hinder our path to achieving personal and professional goals. I empower individuals through collaborative coaching, helping them navigate life's complexities with confidence and clarity.
With over two decades of experience in education and leadership, I've transitioned into life and leadership coaching to support others in realizing their potential and achieving seemingly unattainable goals. I have experienced the expectations of the work environment vs. how we want to show up. I can coach you by rooting in confidence, passion, and most importantly, yourself.
ROOTING IN CONFIDENCE: Many clients seek to build confidence in pursuing their aspirations, often feeling constrained by institutional norms or societal expectations. I've experienced the same and have developed how to expand possibilities and foster a belief in one's ability to achieve even the most ambitious goals.
ROOTING IN PASSION: I gain immense satisfaction from guiding clients in nurturing their passions alongside full-time commitments. Through collaborative strategizing and action planning, we set and achieve milestones, celebrating each success along the journey.
