About Me

Having been through my share of life's transitions, including being adopted, marriage, having children, divorce, new careers, separations, bereavements and relocating to the other side of the world, I believe I've found my path as a coach, helping others deal with the ups and downs of our increasingly complex way of life.

Along with the family came a fierce desire to improve myself and be the best parent I could - a mid-life honors degree in computer science allowed me to forge a career and raise my family.

Being left with an empty nest brought a very different perspective on life which has led me to retrain as a professional coach.

My love of learning has now tuned into neuroscience and psychology, and I have recently become one of the very first certified Senior Habit Change Practitioners with the Habit Change Institute.

Becoming a coach has been quite a journey for me personally - I would love to partner with you to navigate your path to unleash your potential and bring your goals to fruition.
