About Me

Starting from a young age, I've had abandonment issues, ambiguous loss of my father to a sex change, addiction and emotional abuse from my mother's alcoholism, sexual assault, and sexual betrayal trauma from my husband and his affair.

Although you can't see my scars there are many from others, a few from myself, and a bunch from fighting through trauma-brain, grief, CPTSD, mood disorders, and misunderstanding.

I've finally come to a place where I am truly happy with who I am. My story may be upsetting but the outcome has had so much personal fulfillment and growth. I've had the privilege of meeting amazing people, going to beautiful places, and doing exciting things.

My coaching specialties are not only the areas I have specific training on, but they are also personal to my own healing journey and testimony. My offer is to sit with you in friendship, safety, and consent. At your own comfortable pace, we can take you from surviving to thriving.
