About Me

As the first woman to hold her role in an international corporation, Ellen understands the challenges and rewards of being a leader. Her coaching expertise is enhanced by her real world experience in operations, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Ellen became aware of the many women leaders who were leaving leadership roles because of lack of fulfillment and satisfaction. That was the driving force behind her creating Empowhers.

In 2019, Ellen got CPC certification and became a coach. Since then, she has made it her life’s goal to help women break into higher level leadership roles and shine the light on their own greatness.
