With numerous graduate level classes in counseling techniques, a certificate in Mental Health Coaching, a certificate in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and as a Life Coach, I am equipped to meet you where you are and help you to build a life where you thrive.

I remember when I first began to struggle with my emotional health. I felt lost and confused, desperately wanting someone to come alongside me who knew what it was like to struggle. I know what it is like to struggle. As your coach and mentor, I promise to show up as my authentic self, ready to grow and learn alongside you as we build upon the skills you already possess.
