About Me

I’m an expert in helping tech founders navigate the chaos and friction that arises when their companies grow rapidly. That starts with understanding yourself as a CEO, what you value, and how you want to show up.

It’s this passion that inspired me to get a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago, an MSW from Columbia University, and later become an iPEC-certified coach.

It’s also what’s motivated me to work for the last two decades with leaders and teams, where I’ve analyzed what it takes to create organizational trust and a culture that can sustain itself as a company grows.

I believe that we are all a work in progress. I’ll help you get back in control of your time, your team, and your company's results. The outcome will be personal growth, not self-doubt.
