About Me

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach. With over 15 years of experience in resume building, interview prep, mentoring, and salary negotiations.

I have worked in engineering, telecommunication, and state government. I worked in the public sector for four years, doing various quality assurance and data analytics jobs. I then transitioned into the private sector, where I currently serve as a Senior Energy Analyst.

I have navigated major career changes, personality conflicts, managing up, and successfully communicating in a male-dominated industry throughout my professional career. I have a passion for helping technical staff communicate with management, career coaching, and interview preparation.

I have additional training in dealing with difficult people in the workplace, goal setting, and time management.

What led me to become a professional life coach is the enjoyment I found in mentoring my peers. I find no greater joy than to help people navigate their careers.

When I am not working, you can find me hiking, kayaking, traveling the world, or hanging out with my husband and toddler.
