My approach is grounded in clinical psychology--I have a Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychlology along with 10+ years' experience working in the mental health field--and boosted by the power of applied mindfulness, helping you learn how to make changes in the moment so you can get out of autopilot mode and live authentically and intentionally.
