About Me

I am a Certified Self-Actualized Life Coach & Mentor, ACC ICF and a Certified Executive Coach & Leadership Facilitator, ACC, ICF.

I chose to be accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a leader in creating coaching standards and ethics in countries around the world. I attended and successfully graduated from Rayner Institute in Calgary, AB an ICF approved school.

I see coaching as more than just a conversation. It's about creating a partnership where we are co-creating new possibilities, discovering different kinds of solutions and outcomes that my clients may not have come up with on their own or were hesitant to explore on their own.

My coaching process provides my clients a space which allows them room to roam from perspective to perspective, incomplete thought to incomplete thought until their thoughts come together and are whole.

Here in lies the space for growth, that so many of us never take the time to give ourselves.

My clients are always amazed at what comes to the surface in this safe space. The untrue beliefs that they didn't realize were holding them back are unveiled as we remove the blinders and blocks that have prevented them from seeing them.

For a true transformational shift to occur, we must first illuminate your limiting and untrue beliefs, challenge them, and replace them with something believable.

This takes a tremendous amount of conscious effort and commitment to take the actions necessary to achieve this growth.
