About Me
I am a Life Coach, Counsellor, Trainer and Speaker. I coach people globally through Skype & FaceTime or in person.
Italian native, my journey within the Wellbeing and Human Development fields began in my late 20's living in South East Asia. During my formation, I have studied and honed skills in various disciplines including Psychology, Fitness, EQ Management, NLP, Body Movement Awareness Methods, Enneagram, Family Constellations and Mindfulness. I have trained as a Facilitator of the Hoffman Quadrinity Process and been educated by successful, global coaches and teachers including Debbie Ford ( The Shadow Process ), Anthony Robbins and Gabrielle Roth ( 5 Rhythms ).
I am the founder of InsideOutYou a global coaching and training company. In 2008 I published my first book, Stella's Mum Gets Her groove Back, an unapologetic, honest account of my personal struggles and triumph over abuse, denial and emotional addiction.
The book has inspired many individuals in Singapore, where it was launched, to pursue an introspective journey, since it advocates the power of transformation inside & out.
Currently I am working at my second book due beginning of 2018.
I am a firm believer in 'walking my talk' and thus I thrive every day to live and work congruently, 'with a healthy and authentic light-heartedness and love for myself and others'.
My vision to build awareness and education in the field of Health and Wellness, physically, intellectually, emotionally and relationally globally, has led me to relocate to Europe in 2015, a move that has enabled me to start educating, coaching and training from four major cities: London, Milan, Singapore and Barcelona.
Besides Italian, I speak English and Spanish fluently and I coach clients from Singapore, Italy, UK, Usa and Spain.
