About Me

My clients are executive leaders facing challenges in their professional and personal lives, many of them female business leaders and/or owners, balancing a demanding career and family life. They usually say I have a strong ability to drive results through creating clarity at all levels, by keeping them on track, nevertheless allowing their different learning styles and personal differences to add value to their transformational journey. Many of them leave my practice reassured of their goals, and having made significant life-changing shifts that allows them to grow in their professional and personal lives.
I have a global practice, though most of my clients are from Europe and Turkey.
I have 20 years experience in global leadership development, extensive experience in working in a global, virtual and multi-cultural environment at Fortune 100 companies. I have been a certified MBTI, DISC and Social Styles instructor, a certified FIRO-B practitioner and a licensed InsideOut coach for more than a decade.

I regularly lecture, train, facilitate leadership development events. I have held several senior leadership roles globally in Organizational Communication, Learning & Development, Program Management, Culture and Leadership.

I have earned my MBA at Oxford Brooks University (UK). I am fluent in English, Hungarian and Turkish, and intermediate in German and French. I have a diploma as an "Advanced Practitioner in Executive Coaching" at the Academy of executive Coaching in UK, in addition to my MBA and my BA in International Communication.
