About Me

Hello everyone, my name is Elena, I am a psychologist-consultant/therapist. I am getting my 3rd degree in psychology. I use techniques from different areas of psychology based on individual request of the client. I have been living in Dubai for 13 years, practicing online and in person.
I chose this profession because I like helping people with their mental problems and seemingly hopeless situations, helping them to see a way out and healing their souls.

In my practice I deal with traumas (sexual abuse, abounds from parents or closest people, childhood traumas), anxiety, depression, marriage problems, lost path in life, sadness, grief, divorce/break up pain, sexual disorders, abuse, stress, suicidal thoughts , panic attacks and many more. I use technics of art therapy, cognitive psychology , gestalt therapy, analysis , crisis psychology, counseling, sexology and many more.

The motto to my clients is: “Seeking help from psychologist is an indication of strength rather than weakness.”
