About Me

I'm an international entrepreneurship coach, books writer, EI trainer, CBT practitioner, global traveller (64 countries) and salsa dancer. Fluent in English, Russian and Italian, I am familiar with multiple cross-cultural lifestyles.
I started my entrepreneurial career at 16. My business experience includes running my own international IT consulting and software development company with clients from over 10 countries. I have also had several side business ventures, including social entrepreneurship projects.

I am an award-winning author of a poetic book called “100 Life Strategies: Pristine Pieces of Wisdom for a Modern Life That Brings Happiness and Fulfilment” and an entrepreneurship book called “Your Social Startup”.
With a Bachelor in International Economy and pursuing Masters in Psychology, I am also a licensed CEFE trainer in entrepreneurship, CBT practitioner, Life Coach and Positive Psychology practitioner, Mindfulness, Metaphorical storytelling practitioner, Habits trainer.

Being into continuous education, self-reflection, and development myself, I will help you organize your thinking and move forward with any changes that fit your reality as well as your values. My high sensitivity and empathy coupled with pragmatic solution oriented approach make me a good coach. I help my clients to move from unclear and energy consuming situations in their personal and business life towards clarity, confidence, resourcefulness and a clear plan in every aspect.

I coach various range of clients with different requests such as happiness, motivation, well being, purpose of life, self-confidence and success.
I coach in three languages (English, Russian, Italian) on Skype, by phone or by Google Hangouts. I also coach in person around the globe and organize workshops on EI, Fear Release, Stress Management, Happiness for small and medium companies.
