About Me

Hi, I'm Kate. Psychology has been my passion for years. I've been participating in personal-development trainings, seminars and courses since I was 14. Now I'm a certified life coach and I graduated from Manchester University with a Master degree in psychology counselling, where I also studied Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

I've been counselling privately since 2015. Specialise in personal boundaries, setting and achieving goals, conflict resolving and dealing with emotional states. My approach is solution-based for those who are ready to take action.
