Eileen Theodore-Shusta, BCC, MAS, MLS is a board certified coach, specializing in creative entrepreneurship, emerging leaders and career growth.

Eileen helps leaders build strong relationships by helping them develop greater awareness about themselves, so they can be more effective with others. Those who coach with her want to move toward their personal vision of success in work and in life, and are eager to make changes.

She works with clients to identify actionable strategies, and provides tools to get them to where they want to go.

Eileen’s coaching includes style and behaviors, 360-degree feedback, performance management, career planning, and leadership presence. Personal coaching in life and wellness is aligned with her engagements; this might include goals around stress management, work/life balance, and relationships. She applies the intentional change process, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership to her coaching engagements.

Eileen coaches individuals pursuing new and different career paths. She brings many years of human resources experience to her practice. She has recruited, interviewed and hired hundreds of individuals at all levels and has trained and coached hiring managers in the selection process.

Eileen has led HR management programs in large academic libraries for over 20 years, with a focus on leadership development and talent management.
