My main coaching philosophy is to listen to you and learn. By asking questions as we learn , we can develop the plan for you. Hopefully we will build a warm and trusting relationship and to then put a specific plan into work with a disciplined schedule to achieve our success. I have two important degrees ; LSW and MBA. The social work therapy that I have done is with : stress, depression, panic, ptsd, grief, family , relationships, and career coaching. i have worked in drug and alcohol and mental health clinics and now have a private practice specializing in personality and emotional disorders. The business advice and guidance I have done is with : business and execution plans, communications, personnel, and financials . I have owned several successful businesses and understand how to grow a business or not. Together my therapy and business experience gives you the best of both worlds.
