About Me

Dwane is a Leader and Program Director with 15+ years of combined experience in leadership, research, program and project management with government, nonprofit and community-based agencies and international governments and universities. His business and executive experience includes research, grant and program management, needs assessments to identify skills/knowledge gaps, training (e.g. classroom, online, workshops, conferences and community-led projects) and post monitoring and evaluation. Dwane is also a creative problem solver and is adept at help projects and people to reach their full potential while promoting a cohesive and collaborative team environment. He has a proven ability to troubleshoot and develop innovative solutions to business challenges and successfully coach people for improved performance and efficiency. He participates in Fielding Graduate University's Evidence-Based Coaching Program.
