My approach involves helping clients understand their "why" – what drives them at their core and coming up with practical steps to achieve what they want or liberate themselves from what they don't want. Together, we co-create a safe and supportive space where we explore ideas, take action, and develop practical tools and strategies for moving forward.
Through my coaching, my clients experience profound freedom and empowerment. They break free from societal constraints, embracing their true selves with confidence and authenticity. My guidance fosters accountability, empowering them to take meaningful action towards their aspirations. I've been through many changes in my life- growing up in war, career, relationships, coming out, and many others and I am here to help you avoid some of the pitfalls many of us experience, from having to address change all on our own.
As a gay man, I understand firsthand what it's like to navigate societal expectations and norms that may not align with our true selves. I am an ICF-accredited PCC-certified coach with a Master's degree in Organizational Development and a diverse background in corporate America, including roles in recruiting, agile coaching, program leadership, and people management. I have expertise and passion for guiding clients to liberate themselves from imitations and embrace who they truly are.
