About Me
I believe there is no coincidence you are here.
Whether you're feeling stuck in your career, navigating challenging relationships, or dealing with a combination of both, my holistic approach is designed to support you. Together, we'll explore your goals, values, and aspirations to create a personalized plan that empowers you and brings passion and vitality to your life.
My approach involves helping clients understand their "why" – what drives them at their core and coming up with practical steps to achieve what they want or liberate themselves from what they don't want. Together, we co-create a safe and supportive space where we explore ideas, take action, and develop practical tools and strategies for moving forward.
Through my coaching, my clients experience profound freedom and empowerment. They break free from societal constraints, embracing their true selves with confidence and authenticity. My guidance fosters accountability, empowering them to take meaningful action towards their aspirations. Clients emerge from our sessions feeling liberated, motivated, and fully aligned with their passions and goals.
I've been through many changes in my life- growing up in war, career, relationships, coming out, and many others and I am here to help you avoid some of the pitfalls many of us experience, from having to address change all on our own.
As a gay man, I understand firsthand what it's like to navigate societal expectations and norms that may not align with our true selves. I am an ICF-accredited PCC-certified coach with a Master's degree in Organizational Development and a diverse background in corporate America, including roles in recruiting, agile coaching, program leadership, and people management. I have expertise and passion for guiding clients to liberate themselves from imitations and embrace who they truly are.
Let's unlock your potential and liberate you from limitations.

I've had the pleasure of working with Dragan as my career coach and I can't recommend him highly enough. He has truly helped me adopt a growth mindset and embrace the various changes in my career and role with confidence. One of the most impactful aspects of our sessions was how Dragan helped me recognize and highlight my strengths while also embracing my weaknesses. He guided me in turning these weaknesses into opportunities to better understand myself, find my own pace, and deal with challenges more effectively. Moreover, Dragan is just pleasant to talk to. If you're looking for a coach who can help you grow both personally and professionally, Dragan is the one to go to.

I began working with Dragan as I was gearing up for a career change. Every day was a struggle as I suffered through a job that did not align with my interests and talents. Dragan helped me take the risks necessary to get me to where I needed and wanted to be. He taught me to take ownership of my future and stop living the life others wanted for me. By being held accountable, I made big changes and am thrilled to be in a fulfilling career now. I'm grateful for Dragan's kindness and realness and look forward to working with him again in the future.
