About Me

I started my career in early age as fisherman with my father, and after completing my school; I went to Australia to complete my helicopter flying school and granted my flying license which qualified my to work with Dubai Policy as rescue pilot and safety manager for a while, during that time I completed my double major master degree and after that I been working as consultant for different government organization and individuals. Completed my PhD on Proactive Personality during 2021 and I’m still coaching people on proactive personality and work engagement. I believe that anything in life as challenges can be overcome and could take time sometimes but at the end the person achieve his/her goal.
