About Me

As I reflect on my journey, I realize that my path has been anything but ordinary. Born into poverty, I navigated a world of challenges, each one shaping me into the person I am today. Now, with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit, education, and personal finance, I find myself in a unique position to guide others on their paths to success.

My career has been a rich tapestry of experiences. I've managed hundreds of staff members, collaborating closely with C-level executives to drive organizational missions forward. My work has not just been about meeting targets; it's been about nurturing talent and fostering an environment where diverse voices are heard and valued. This commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has been a cornerstone of my professional ethos.

Education has always been my compass. With a PhD in Education Administration and a Master's in Adult Education and Training, I've delved deep into the theories and practices that drive effective leadership and learning. These qualifications aren't just credentials on my resume; they are a testament to my belief in lifelong learning.

But what truly sets me apart is my personal story. As a native Spanish speaker who has climbed out of poverty, I understand the struggles of those I coach. This empathy forms the foundation of my coaching philosophy.
