About Me

I started my journey in 2013 when I was going through anxiety, fear and depression. After learning PSYCH-K, heart meditation and other modalities, first thing I did was to help myself and I did!
I got myself out from fear and depression successfully and in a short period of time.

Since then I have been sharing similar tools, insights and experiences with my clients to help them release emotional baggage, and self-sabotaging thoughts and habits. This not only gives them a peace of mind, it eventually leads to spiritual awakening or lets say "glimpses of spiritual awakening" or what Japanese Zen masters call "Satori".
